Sean D. Gilday

Sean D. Gilday has been an entrepreneur for close to 25 years starting his first company in 1994. That company was one of the most successful merchandising companies in New Jersey providing custom printed merchandise to many of the biggest companies in the world. In 2003, He started Blue Raven Entertainment to combine his love of sales and music, creating a company that works with National Acts, Tribute Acts as well as local and regional original acts. In 2017, Sean, along with Partners Jonathan Peirce and Tony Pallagrosi, started Fly On The Wall Concerts, a company dedicated to promoting great shows all over the east coast.

Sean is a veteran of the Armed Services serving 4 years in the U.S. Army as a Crew Chief on fixed winged aircraft. He is a graduate of William Paterson University, was the Senior Class President and a highlight of his college career was giving the commencement speech for the graduating class of 1992. For the last 14 years Sean and his staff have worked hard to build one of the fastest growing music agencies in the United States.

Rachel L. Hill

Rachel graduated in 2011 from William Paterson University with a bachelor’s degree in Music Management.  Ten years later, she returned as an adjunct professor teaching Structure & Content of the Music Industry.  She got her start in the business at Roadrunner Records, followed by Sony / Jive Records, later linking up with Gilday at the ground floor of Blue Raven Entertainment.  Over the past 15 years, she helped to build that company into one of the nation’s leading boutique booking and management agencies.  In 2024, she was named partner at Indigo Talent and is excited for this next chapter.  Rachel is a classically trained pianist, singer-songwriter and performs locally in her free time around the Hunterdon and Lehigh county areas.

Tim Drake

Tim Drake promoted his first concert at age fourteen, while still in high school. He promoted his first national act, Mountain, at age eighteen, which was followed soon thereafter by shows such as Billy Joel, Aerosmith, and The Kinks. In 1995, after fifteen years as an independent concert promoter, Tim founded a boutique booking agency, Drake & LaRoche, which was eventually re-named The Roots Agency. He signed folk legends Arlo Guthrie, Richie Havens, and Janis Ian to the roster. Dave Mason, Graham Parker, The Saw Doctors, Latin stars Celia Cruz, Gilberto Santa Rosa soon followed.

Tim has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents and frequently participates in industry forums and seminars and was awarded the NAPAMA Award for Excellence in the Performing Arts by an Agent or Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Pace University.

Shaun Hague

After over two decades in the music industry, Shaun Hague has carved quite a path on all sides. Hague has played the part of Touring Sideman (Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Amos Lee, John Waite), Writer (Acoustic Guitar, Fretboard Journal), Talent Buyer (Saint Rocke) and the agency world (Monterey International). Hague has been the RA for such legendary acts as John Waite, Stephen Bishop, Mike Campbell, Head East and more.
